We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept most mail-in and in-store returns within 90 days of purchase for free. Returned items must be in original and salable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
How to make a return
We offer free returns by mail . Free returns do not apply to international orders. There is a charge for scheduled return pickup in areas that offer the service.
Only items purchased online can be returned by mail.
Include only the items listed on your return label in the appropriate box. If you have multiple return labels, please return items in separate boxes and put the correct return label on each box to ensure you receive your refund without further delay.
How refunds are received
You have proof of purchase: If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return label, or the packing slip, you'll get a refund in the original form of payment
It was a gift: If you have a gift receipt, return label, or wedding registry number, you'll get a refund in the form of store credit
You don't have proof of purchase: You may still be eligible for store credit for the item's lowest selling price within the last 180 days
How to make an exchange
Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at the current selling price.
